Hello the studio which is the biggest is ground floor but entrance by parking lot calle Manuel Doblado, smoking only on exteriors not allowed inside the rooms or closed common areas. best regards

Hi, yes the suites with a bunk are in the second floor near the terraza, the single bed and two beds are in down or low floor. you can watch this detail in the photos of the room when you are making the reservation.

I have a service dog for medical reasons. Do you accept service animals and is there an additional fee for them. My dog has her Service ID and papers.

Fantastic located hotel and very nice.
The location was fantastic, in the heart of it all and yet on a side street. There is music on weekends a bit into the night not to bad for myself. The room was enormous and attractive with a supply of drinking water. I liked that they supplied cooking oil and had a good night light and hot water. The owner was charming and the young man who was the host was very nice and was a great help with information. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it highly.
The owner should include the booking fees in the price that booking.com quotes. The tax being extra is one thing, but after a person commits to a pay in advance for the room they do not want to be told by the reception that they are now paying extra for tax and for the booking advertising fees on top of the price quoted by booking.com. It was considerably more but It was still a good price for the area. The owner should work this into the booking.com price to avoid customers being surprised. I really enjoyed staying here. This information for the owner only (The double bed in this room needs the mattress replaced it is shot. The king size bed was good. The potato pealer is no good but is a good thing to supply and there should be a cutting board so people do not damage the knife or counter.

Loved our stay!
Everything! The location is perfect, staff was great, especially Frank. Our room was huge. After a long trip it was nice to relax in such comfort. The private patio was perfect for sitting in the am and evening.
Not the fault of the property, but right next door is a late night bar. The live music was loud, making it hard to sleep.

Very good
Too Location just near the plaza, ask at inn Ceci, otherwise you would not find it. Parking available. Very nice hosts, who speak Spanish only. Very clean and comfortable.
There is a disco nearby and Thu, Fri and Sa you hear the music very loud and clear, so bear that in mind, if you cannot sleep well.
